Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with Nou Nelle. Shipping is free for all U.S. orders of $85 or above. Shipping for all U.S. orders under $85 is $7.00.

Orders will generally ship within 24 hours, over the holidays please allow some extra time for orders to ship.

IN THE EVENT THAT AN ITEM IN YOUR ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL SHIP OUT THE REST OF YOUR ORDER.

Please note we cannot be liable for any Post Office issues including. items Being Undeliverable as As Addressed, Post Boxes not being found, Unattended Deliveries being stolen, etc.

DUTY (NOT APPLICABLE ON ORDERS WITHIN THE US)

You will be requested to pay a duties fee upon your items reaching customs. This fee will generally be anywhere from 5% to 30% of your total order value. There might also be minimum shipping thresholds that you will not be charged for as well. It is the customer's responsibility to verify before shipping. You will need to accept these charges and accept the delivery. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse it is your responsibility to cover these charges.

 

Nou Nelle is in no way responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once it has left our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, we do not provide return labels.

There is a $1.50 restocking fee for all returns.

If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($85) from the order we will charge the original shipping fee of $7.00.

Please note, Canceled orders will have the same policy as returns, there will be a $1.50 charge per item canceled.

You may return up to 6 items only.

All items must be returned  with all packaging and tags attached and must be in original purchase condition, not used, worn or washed.   

There are no exchanges on online orders.      

Online orders must be returned and received within 7 days from when it is delivered to you for a full refund and 10 days for store credit.

In-store pickup must be returned within 1 day for full refund and 6 days for store credit.

After 10 days (6 days for in-store), the merchandise becomes final sale and cannot be returned.

Note: Online returns must be placed in the drop box do not return in store.

Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund is in our absolute and sole discretion.

We are not responsible for the pilling, pimpling, or shrinking of garments.

All sale items and items purchased with a promo code are FINAL SALE (excluding "free shipping" promo), no refunds or exchanges.
