Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with Nou Nelle. Shipping is free for all U.S. orders of $85 or above. Shipping for all U.S. orders under $85 is $7.00.

Orders will generally ship within 24 hours, over the holidays please allow some extra time for orders to ship.

IN THE EVENT THAT AN ITEM IN YOUR ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL SHIP OUT THE REST OF YOUR ORDER.

Please note we cannot be liable for any Post Office issues including. items Being Undeliverable as As Addressed, Post Boxes not being found, Unattended Deliveries being stolen, etc.

DUTY (NOT APPLICABLE ON ORDERS WITHIN THE US)

You will be requested to pay a duties fee upon your items reaching customs. This fee will generally be anywhere from 5% to 30% of your total order value. There might also be minimum shipping thresholds that you will not be charged for as well. It is the customer's responsibility to verify before shipping. You will need to accept these charges and accept the delivery. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse it is your responsibility to cover these charges.

Nou Nelle is in no way responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once it has left our warehouse.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

At Nou Nelle, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (in plastic) with tags and labels attached.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, we do not provide return labels.

All delivered items must be returned and received within 7 days from when it is delivered to you for a full refund and 10 days for store credit. After 10 days all items are final sale.

There is a $1.50 restocking fee for all returned items.

If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($85) from the order we will charge the original shipping fee of $7.00.

Please note, Canceled orders will have the same policy as returns, there will be a $1.50 charge per item canceled.

You may return up to 6 items only.

There are no exchanges on online orders.

Note: Online returns must be placed in the drop box do not return in store.

In-store pickup

If you selected in-store pickup at check out, you have 3 days from when you receive your pickup notification email to receive a full refund.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any pick up orders left unclaimed in our store. After 30 days, any unclaimed items will be for sale.

There is a $1.50 restocking fee for all returned items.

You may return up to 6 items only.

There are no exchanges on online orders.

Pickup Location 

You can pick up your order at 1515 Central Court (basement) from the pickup box left outside of the store at all hours.

 

 

Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund is in our absolute and sole discretion.

We are not responsible for the pilling, pimpling, or shrinking of garments.

All sale items and items purchased with a promo code are FINAL SALE (excluding "free shipping" promo), no refunds or exchanges.
